History
Jayclaw's history is like his sister's. He was born to a kittypet female living near the Moors and a clan cat tom who fell in love with her. The two would meet often after they came across one another, eventually their coupling ending up with a litter of two kits, which they eventually named Jay and Heather. It was agreed upon that the next few moons Jay and Heather would remain with their mother until they were old enough to meet their father. And for a time they had a happy life in their mother's twoleg nest but soon their mother discovered they were to be given to their own twolegs far away before their father would meet them.

Plans were made for their father to take the two back to Moorclan, which he asked a close friend to help bring a kit along since he would have trouble carrying two. When they were five moons, their father and his friend came to take them away, the two bidding farewell to their mother without much of an explanation causing Jay to feel their mother no longer wanted them. After the two were brought to the clan they had a stigma over their heads for not knowing who the mother was and whether the two would be loyal as they became Jaykit and Heatherkit for the next moon and eventually apprentices. But Jayclaw was saddened to see his sister become a medicine cat rather than a warrior like him and his father, but still bid her good luck.

Following in becoming apprentice, Jayclaw began training as hard as any clan born apprentice, making every effort he could to show he was just as good if not better. His determination could be seen clearly throughout his apprenticeship and would pay off as he helped protect his clan many times on border skirmishes, intruders, and other dangerous animals. He proved to be more suited for fighting but learned to hunt well to keep his clan going. But over those moons he developed a spiteful view of kittypets, feeling they were uncaring and wouldn't think twice of giving up their family compared to the clan.

A few moons ago, Jayclaw earned his warrior name and has done all he could to prove he is loyal despite his kittypet heritage.
