Viperclaw

Reason for Adopting: Aside from him reminding me of my old cat, I actually see some potential with this cat. I see him as a good soul gone bad after he was denied becoming the leader of his clan. I really want to play him as the dark scheming character he is and struggle with it at the same time to grow his character. But when the time comes I hope to eventually cause him to realize this is his destiny. Maybe also make him tempted to oust the current leader.
Basic Personality: Viperclaw strikes me as a cat that would have been like any true clan cat. He was loyal, fierce, serious, and rough around the edges. His tone was biting and harsh but not uncaring when it came to Shadowclan. He wants nothing but the best for those around him, so long as they were loyal to Shadowlxan but he has a quick temper that could be easily provoked at times but he could make up for it with a steady, calm attitude and quick wit. Unfortunately, after he was denied the leader position, he became more dark, twisted, and cruel, full of nothing but rage towards his medicine cat and Starclan. He feels they rejected him despite his loyal service, seeming to deny the lurking darkness that lies within that now shows itself more and more every season that he struggles to keep suppressed.
Short History: Viperclaw was a cat who grew up in Shadowclan. He was raised there and fought for Shadowclan with every ounce of his form from the time he was an apprentice to a full fledged warrior. He always dreamed and desired to become leader, doing everything he could to prove his worth and show his leader that he was worthy to be the next deputy. But Starclan seemed to feel he was not so worthy, not when they could see a dangerous future for Shadowclan if he were made the leader. When their leader mysteriously disappeared he approached the medicine cat after a few weeks had gone by to take him to the Moonstone, but they refused. After being denied several times Viperclaw became enraged and lured the medicine cat away from camp under the pretense that he wanted to apologize for his pushy behavior. But instead, he murdered the medicine cat in cold blood and blamed it on a Windclan warrior. Doing so would forever earn him scorn from Starclan as it seemed when the battle for Bloodclan arrived, Viperclaw was one of those that was severally wounded in the first battle. He survived at first but collapsed on his way to follow his clan mates and died from his wounds. But his spirit wound up in the Place of No Stars due to his actions.
