Welcome to the Queen's Den! This is a thread to help with a few deciding factors when she-cats are ready to have their kits! There are a couple of rules to keep in mind when going through this process.
1) Queens can only have up to three kits per litter but queens are allowed to have more than one.
2) Members may decide gender and whether to adopt out a kit or keep them. If they are adopted out or kept members can freely choose personality and their skill set, such as better awareness, sensing, hearing, etc.
3) After a queen has had one litter, we ask members to allow their queen's current litter become apprenticed before having another to allow for a cool down time.
4) Before applying for a roll from the generator, we ask that members contact Brightstar or @tundra about your plans to have a queen or making a she-cat a queen who will have kits soon.
1) First roll will be on the number of kits. A 1/4, 2/5, or 3/6 will be the deciding factor of how many kits a queen will get so a desired number may not be guaranteed.
2) The second roll will be if a kit is safely born or still born. An odd number means a kit is safely born while an even number means the kit is still born so we have some semi-realistic result.
3)The final roll will decide what pelt color they will lean more towards depending on the parents. A 1 or 4 will decide more towards the father's end, a 2 or 5 will be more towards the mother's coloration, and a 3 or 6 will decide of being a mix of both or the member gets a freebie to what a kit will look like. The hues or patterns don't necessarily have to match exactly to the parent and this roll will be done separately depending on the number of kits.
